The Purpose Pandemic:
Meaning, Power, and Leadership in a Disrupted Age

Manpurpose-pandemicy leaders find that as success grows, satisfaction fades. Burnout persists despite career advancement, signaling a "meaning-making crisis" driven by shifting cultural and technological forces. This session introduces The Purpose Pandemic, a framework blending ancient wisdom and modern science to address how meaning is formed and lost.

Guest speaker Aaron White will present the Meaning Matrix, defining meaning as the intersection of purpose and power. Participants will explore:

  • Why high performers are uniquely vulnerable to a loss of purpose.

  • How to treat meaning-making as a teachable skill.

  • Strategies for leaders to navigate transitions and drive performance through deep-rooted agency.

Join us to learn how to anchor your life and organization in an era of rapid change. Discussion to follow.
