The Future of Happiness in the Age of AI
As artificial intelligence accelerates innovation, it's also quietly rewriting the script on what it means to lead, to connect, and to live a meaningful life. While AI promises unparalleled efficiency and insight, it also raises deeper questions: Are we gaining more than we're losing? And how do we protect the very things that make life worth living?
In this thought-provoking session, Amy Blankson—globally recognized expert on the science of happiness and digital well-being—invites Harvard alumni to zoom out and examine AI through a deeply human lens. This isn’t about resisting the future; it’s about shaping it with intention.
This event is part of a series of Personal Development events offered by the Club. All of the PD events will be virtual to make it easy for our members to attend.
