Finding Happiness in the Midst of Uncertainty
In times of uncertainty, happiness can feel elusive—but what if we’ve been thinking about it the wrong way? Join us for an interactive Zoom conversation where we’ll explore the science of well-being and practical strategies for staying grounded, resilient, and optimistic even in challenging moments. Drawing from psychology, neuroscience, and real-world applications, this session will help you rethink what it means to cultivate happiness and equip you with actionable tools to navigate uncertainty with confidence. Come ready for an engaging discussion led by Amy Blankson (Harvard ’02) that will leave you feeling empowered to find joy, even when the future feels unpredictable.
This event is part of a series of Personal Development events offered by the Club. All of the PD events will be virtual to make it easy for our members to attend.
Amy Blankson will also lead a second Personal Development virtual event on The Future of Happiness in the Age of AI, her current focus and specialty, on May 8th.
