Known as a "shopping museum," NorthPark features nearly 50 works by celebrated artists, including Andy Warhol, Frank Stella, Jonathan Borofsky, and Jim Dine, as well as pieces on loan from the Nasher Sculpture Center.

Originating from San Juan, Puerto Rico, Pérez-Rosselló is an esteemed alumnus of Cornell and Harvard Universities. He was honored by the Dallas chapter of the American Institute of Architects with an Unbuilt Design Award. His architectural practice is known for its emphasis on collaboration, resulting in spaces that are aesthetically pleasing, functional, sustainable, and reflective of unique cultural identities.
