Lunch With Greg Bibb, CEO of the Dallas Wings 

In recent years, pdallas-wingsrofessional women’s sports have risen in popularity, led by the success of the WNBA. No longer niche, interest in the WNBA has exploded, bringing in a new, passionate, and diverse fan base. Meanwhile, the money and team valuations have followed suit.
 
We hope you can join us for lunch on Friday, November 8 to meet Greg Bibb, CEO of the Dallas Wings. In this “Fireside Chat”, which will include an informative Q&A and open discussion, we will highlight topics such as: 

  • How, under Greg’s leadership, the Dallas Wings have risen to the top tier ot Dallas’ competitive professional sports world and have also become the most valuable franchise in the WNBA

About the Speaker

Greg Bgreg-bibbibb, a sports industry veteran with more than 26 years of experience, leads the Dallas Wings in his role as President, CEO and Managing Partner. Bibb also serves as the President, CEO and Managing Partner of the Panther City Lacrosse Club of the NLL.

With the WNBA’s Dallas Wings, Bibb has been the guiding force for the team on and off the court, as he helped reshape the coaching staff, roster and front office staff. Bibb was named the General Manager in November of 2015 and was appointed President, CEO and Partner in April of 2017. With Bibb at the helm the Wings have qualified for the WNBA Playoffs in each of the past three seasons despite being the youngest team in the WNBA during two of those campaigns.

On the business side of the Wings, Bibb directed the team’s turnaround that has transformed the Wings into one of the highest revenue producing teams in the WNBA, while also guiding the Wings to significant gains in attendance, corporate partnerships, media reach and brand awareness. In 2023, the Wings set all-time franchise records in ticket revenue, single game gate and a franchise-high average ticket price.

In his role with the Wings, Bibb serves on the WNBA Board of Governors and the WNBA Competition Committee.
