Tom Leppert is a distinguished business and civic leader who has served as CEO of major global companies, Mayor of Dallas, and a White House Fellow. A Harvard Business School graduate, he has led organizations in construction, education, finance, and real estate. He currently chairs Austin Industries, hosts the Intersections podcast, and remains deeply engaged in community and corporate leadership.

Kyle Waldrep is Co-Host of the Intersections Podcast and Founder of Dottid, a commercial real estate technology platform acquired by JLL in 2024. A Southern Methodist University graduate, Kyle is an entrepreneur, community leader, and mentor dedicated to innovation, meaningful dialogue, and serving the next generation of leaders.
