About the Speaker
Dr. Farhan Lalani is a concierge primary care physician based in Dallas and an expert in longevity, nutrition science, and lifestyle medicine. He has dedicated his career to researching healthy aging and helping patients optimize their long-term quality of life. Bringing a wealth of experience from both clinical practice and academia, Dr. Lalani previously served as a professor of medicine at several prestigious institutions, including UT Southwestern Medical Center and UCSF. He holds multiple board certifications and is a member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. His dedication to patient-centered care earned him D Magazine's prestigious Best Doctor award in both 2024 and 2025. Outside of medicine, Dr. Lalani is an avid cyclist, rock climber, and guitarist. He lives in Dallas with his wife and their three children—two of whom happen to be golden retrievers!
