June Book Club Meeting

ook Club will next meet on Wednesday, June 10, at 7:30 p.m., hosted by Anne and Jeff Synek. We will discuss The Loneliness of Sonia and Sunny by Kiran Desai. Sonia and Sunny navigate the pull between familial duty and personal freedom as they confronts secrets that threaten to unravel their carefully constructed lives. Their intertwined journeys explore identity, resilience, and the quiet ways love reshapes the choices they thought were already made. The meeting will be held at Anne and Jeff’s home.
The Book Club generally meets on the second Wednesday of each month. For those who like to read ahead, our July book will be As I Lay Dying, by William Faulkner.
