Play to Your Strengths
Great leaders don’t
succeed by fixing weaknesses — they win by leveraging their natural strengths.
In this interactive session, Carrie Fabris, Founder of CareerFrame and executive coach to leaders at organizations such as Mouser Electronics, Axios Media, AppFolio, and Boingo Wireless, shares how high-performing leaders identify, activate, and align strengths to drive meaningful results.
Drawing on her certification as a Gallup CliftonStrengths® Coach and more than a decade of coaching executives and leadership teams, Carrie introduces a practical model for strengths-based leadership that helps leaders elevate impact, build complementary teams, and strengthen accountability.
Participants will leave with practical reflection questions, leadership insights, and a clearer understanding of how to turn individual talent into a true leadership advantage.
