In this session, you will learn what is Mindful Leadership, the science-proven benefits of short-term and long-term mindful leadership practices for increasing resilience, experience a guided meditation, and learn a 90-second "emergency grounding kit" to regain peace of mind in the midst of any challenging situation. There will be time for discussion and Q&A.










 

About the Speaker

Timottimothyhy Swords’ career has been in two parallel worlds: as a CFO, management consultant, corporate executive and leadership coach, he led business transformation inside mid-size to global 50 companies -- while cultivating a lifelong mindfulness meditation practice. 

Now he has merged these two paths to coach the C-Suite, senior managers and founders — those navigating complex change or feeling the weight of constant pressure-—who want more than short-term performance hacks—they want to lead with clarity, calm, presence, authenticity and purpose. 
 

Timothy also teaches mindfulness in corporations and credits his meditation practice for greater focus, poise under pressure and empathic leadership.
 

His education and formal training include HBS, Boston College, Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from William James College, San Quentin Correctional Institute Mindfulness Teacher Training and Professional Mindfulness Teaching Certificate from the Mindfulness Training Institute.
