Lilya Tessler leads Sidley’s FinTech and Blockchain group and focuses her practice on representing digital asset trading platforms, blockchain technology companies, U.S. and non-U.S. broker-dealers, financial services firms, and cryptocurrency funds.
Penny Reid is a partner in Sidley’s Commercial Litigation and Disputes practice and also serves in the Office of General Counsel of the firm. Penny focuses on internal investigations and taking to trial complex civil litigations in state and federal courts throughout the country, including securities fraud, class actions, employment litigations and bankruptcy litigations.
