Continuous Self-Improvement: What Does This Mean And How Do We Achieve This?
Many of us have the desire to continually improve in how we live, interact with others, and gain fulfillment. Although the question of “how do we achieve this” is simple, the answer is quite challenging. In this interactive session, we will explore what “continuous improvement” means and how we might begin a journey to achieve this.
This will be a discussion led by Rabbi Harvey Winokur, a Mussar trainer/facilitator who leads groups and lectures all over the country.
Mussar is a Jewish practice for self-improvement. Although Mussar has its roots in the Jewish religion, its principles are universal, and it has followers from many religions. Members of all religions are encouraged to attend, and if you are more spiritual than religious, you are most welcome.
