July Book Club Meeting

ok Club will meet on Wednesday, July 13, at 7:30 p.m. at the home of Susan Bowman. We will be discussing the book, "Sapiens: A Brief History of Humankind," by Yuval Noah Harari. In Sapiens, Dr Yuval Noah Harari spans the whole of human history, from the very first humans to walk the earth to the radical – and sometimes devastating – breakthroughs of the Cognitive, Agricultural and Scientific Revolutions.Please RSVP to Susan Bowman at scbowman@mcare.com if you plan on attending. Susan will provide her address to any newcomers.
Additionally, we are reading The Brothers Karamazov, by Fyodor Dostoevsky on an installment basis. In July we will discuss its first two books: A Nice Little Family and An Inappropriate Gathering. We plan to read this book month by month until we finish in November.
The Book Club generally meets on the second Wednesday of each month.
