The Dallas Explorers Club - Best Molé in Dallas
After years of traveling and cooking around the world, Eve and Ray Castaneda returned to Dallas and opened El Rey Del Grill in the heart of Little Mexico. Here they share their love of traditional food served in a simple and authentic fashion, and offer a traditional Oaxacan mole made daily from real cacao and fresh chilis – no chocolate bars or powered spices here! Join fellow Explorers and taste some of the best molé to be found this side of the border! This is an informal social and networking opportunity (no speakers or presentations). As usual, meals will be handled by separate checks.
Have a favorite ethnic spot? We are always looking for new adventures and opportunities to explore ethnic cuisines across the Metroplex. A joint effort between the Harvard Business School and the Harvard Clubs of Dallas, the Dallas Explorers Club was created as a way to share our favorite pandemic restaurants, and to get reacquainted with our growing and ever-evolving city.
