April Book Club Meeting
The next me
eting of the Book Club will be on Wednesday, April 10, 7:30 p.m. at the home of Eleanor Lindsay. We will discuss Demon Copperhead, by Barbara Kingsolver, winner of the 2023 Pulitzer Prize for Fiction. Elly will lead our discussion of Kingsolver’s retelling of David Copperfield, set in rural western Virginia.
The Book Club generally meets on the second Wednesday of each month. For those who like to read ahead, our May book will be In a Dark Wood: What Dante Taught Me About Grief, Healing, and the Mysteries of Love by Joseph Luzzi.
