Come celebrate the Year of the Horse with alumni and friends at the 4th annual 8-course Chinese New Year Banquet. Last year over 150 people attended, so don’t miss out. Nelson Hsu, Stanford '91, Kellogg '99, will share insights on Chinese food and New Year's customs, i.e. Why do Chinese people give out red envelopes? Why is everything red? Special Chinese New Year prizes will be given out.


This year menu includes:
Pork Fried dumplings
Peking duck (food of the emperors)
Crab and asparagus soup
Lobster with Ginger and Scallions
Steam fried Watercress and mushrooms
Pan fried Fish
Sauteed Beef
Vegetarian Noodles (to represent long life)
Wine and drinks included!

Join the alumni groups of Stanford, Kellogg/ Northwestern, Tsinghua and Harvard university for this special event. This year we will have special performance from Dallas HuaYun Traditional Chinese Music Orchestra (GLCS), the premier Chinese music orchestra in Dallas. We hope to see you there. Please bring your ticket to the event. Space is limited and walk ins are not accepted.
