December Book Club Meeting
The December mee
ting of the Book Club will be on Wednesday, December 14, at 7:30 p.m. at the home of Elly Lindsay. Lee Loewenstein will lead us in a discussion of Summer Lightning, by P.G. Wodehouse. This is a novel in the tradition that can only be described as Wodehousian-Madcap, illustrating the literary principle that if a prize-winning pig is presented in Ch. 1, she must be stolen by Ch. 2, possibly 3.

Book Club generally meets on the second Wednesday of each month. For those who like to read ahead, you can't, as we will be choosing our slate of books for 2023 at the December meeting.
