Lunch with Dallas' Assistant Chief of Police, Avery Moore

annual-mtg

The Harvard Club of Dallas warmly welcomes members of our partners, theYale Club of Dallas and the Princeton Club of Dallas.

As part of the quest of the Harvard Club of Dallas to provide our community opportunities to meet local leaders, we are looking forward to speaking with Dallas' Assistant Chief of Police Avery Moore. Our discussion will include topics such as how the Dallas police are addressing the many current challenges in Dallas as well as the broader challenges to policing today in the US, including how the Dallas Police are incorporating new, modern methods and tools in their work.

Thank you, David! The program format will be a moderated discussion led by our own David Roosevelt '93, who is the one to thank for securing this unique opportunity.

Please submit questions: We are trying to collect everyone's questions ahead of time as much as possible.  You can include them in the comment box when you sign up or submit your questions to VP Programs Rebecca Posten at rebecca_posten@yahoo.com. During the call itself, we will also take all questions and comments through the chatbox.

We hope you will be able to join us for a thoughtful discussion with a central leader of our local Dallas Police force in order to better understand their perspectives, efforts and strategies to serve our community.
