July Book Club Meeting
The July meeting of the Book Club will be on Wednesday, July 10, at 7:30 p.m. at the home of Lee Lowenstein (7211 McKamy Blvd., Dallas, Texas). We will discuss Inheritance: A Memoir of Genealogy, Paternity, and Love, by Dani Shapiro. A story about a staggering family secret uncovered by a genealogy test, Inheritance is an exploration of the urgent ethical questions surrounding fertility treatments and DNA testing, and is a profound inquiry of paternity, identity, and love. Please note that the Book Club generally meets on the second Wednesday of each month. For those who like to read ahead, the August book is The Sixth Extinction: An Unnatural History, by Elizabeth Kolbert.
To RSVP for the July meeting, please e-mail Lee Lowenstein at firstname.lastname@example.org. For more information about the Book Club please contact Lee or Adrienne Dominguez at email@example.com.
