October Lunch: Inside the Justice System
Our justice system is not just central to our society; it's front page news as we see from stories about Ferguson, the Delta-Southwest dispute, insider trading scandals, and other major lawsuits. But many of us are not privy to how the system works. Three Club leaders --all Harvard Law grads--will take us behind the scenes.
Our October lunch will feature as panelists the Honorable Eric Moye, who presides over the 14th Judicial District Court in Dallas County, and the Honorable Emily Miskel, a recent appointee to the newly established 470th Judicial District Court in Collin County that will specialize in family law. Paul Coggins, the former United States Attorney for the Northern District of Texas and now the head of Locke Lord's national White Collar Criminal Defense and Internal Investigations practice, will moderate.
